On the right is a hypnotic visualization of the equation r=t+(a)sin(b)theta repeated a couple times over. Being able to physically observe the changing values of t, a, and b provides a much more clear and in-depth understanding of polar curves. Plus, these animations are super trippy. It's cool to now know how people make these kinds of visuals. |
